I hope everyone is having a great week.
The Public Art Exchange (PAX) is a national free network of public art administrators.
For the past year, they have focused on a series of talks getting into the weeds of different public art programs, and this month they invited PIT Airport to present the Arts & Culture program at Pittsburgh International Airport. For this talk I will be joined by two artists commissioned for the new terminal (Adam Kuby and Carolina Loyola-Garcia), Colby Campbell, an architect from Gensler who worked alongside us to make the projects a success, and Renee Piechocki (public art consultant) to give a short presentation about the planning process and showing images of all of the new artworks in the collection.
Please join us for a free, hour long event on June 25, 2026 from 1230-130 pm. You can register through Eventbrite here:
Renee and I are also hosting a series of more focused artist talks between July and September featuring each of the artists commissioned at PIT.
Stay tuned for more information about that series outside of PAX. They will be free, online events.
    Hope to see you there!
