Ethan graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor's degree in professional aeronautics. He is an accredited airport executive through the American Association of Airport Executives.
Ethan began his career with Lee County Port Authority as an operations agent in September 2008 and was promoted to operations officer in 2013. In 2015, he was hired as the program manager for the Maintenance Department. As the program manager, Ethan and his staff are responsible for the use and design of the department’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the department’s budget, creating, reviewing and editing the department’s policies and procedures, creating predictive maintenances programs, and maintaining the department’s internal and external intranet sites.
Ethan is a private pilot and holds an instrument rating. Ethan was featured in the November 2016 issue of Airport Business Magazine as one of their top 40 under 40. Ethan lives in Cape Coral, FL with his wife Erin and son Embry.
